The Role: To support the development of the Student Referral programme, assist events by offering support, encouragement, and advice to existing and prospective students. It mainly involves assisting applicants for student finance applications. The job involves student recruitment, administrative tasks, delivering presentations and organising student events. It includes engagement with the Finance team in clearing invoices for students. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship!

What the role involves:

  • Support Student Recruitment team for administrative tasks.
  • Help students in applying for their student referral award and liaise with the finance team.
  • Follow up on new student referrals, driving sales conversion by guiding about application and student finance process.
  • Support the wider marketing, communications, and student recruitment team, identifying opportunities for performance improvements.

About you:

  • Educated to a minimum Sixth form or equivalent.
  • Experience in higher education sales and student finance administration.
  • Highly motivated – a self-starter with bags of initiative who gets things done.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Delivery and deadline focused.
  • Commercial – always looking to optimise value.
