As an Office Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of our telecoms operations. The role will involve handling customer queries, processing sales tickets, updating CRM systems, supporting internal administration and helping ensure customers receive a smooth and professional service. We are looking for someone who is punctual, reliable, well-organised and confident when communicating with customers by phone and email. Strong attention to detail, a professional telephone manner and the ability to work accurately with customer information and internal systems are essential for this position. The successful candidate will receive full training and will have the opportunity to develop within a lively, supportive and growing working environment.
