Global is one of the UKs leading fleet management and rental businesses, recognised for delivering innovative and customer-focused mobility solutions. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to develop and strengthen key customer relationships, drive commercial performance, and support the long-term expansion of our rental fleet business. This role requires a commercially minded professional with a proven background in account management, customer retention, and business development.

You will act as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve customer retention, and maximise account performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering strategic account reviews and maintaining agreed service standards.
  • Drive account growth through increased customer engagement, solution-based selling, and identification of new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Business Development and Operations, to deliver tailored fleet and rental solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, commercial viability, and payment activity, proactively managing risks.
