What you will do

The Off Hire Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing the vehicle rental off-hire process, ensuring a smooth transition from customer return to vehicle re-hire or disposal. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely communication, and effective collaboration with internal teams to maintain high service standards and optimise fleet turnaround times whilst minimising revenue leakage at the end of the hire cycle.

• Manage the end-of-hire process for vehicles.
