What You Will Do
The Fines Administrator is responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and timely administrative support to the Driver Services Team, ensuring that all fines, penalty notices, and related documentation are processed in line with internal procedures and external requirements. The role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, managing communications with authorities and customers, and ensuring that payments, refunds, and representations are handled correctly.
