What you will do
The Fleet Invoicing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely setup of new customer accounts and the efficient delivery of monthly billing processes in line with internal controls, customer requirements, and service level agreements. The role supports the Fleet Invoicing Manager by maintaining high standards of compliance, data accuracy, and financial governance while contributing to continuous process improvement. The role works closely with Account Management and Business Development teams to support profitable growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure that invoicing practices align with commercial objectives. Through proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach, the role helps to safeguard revenue, reduce risk, and improve overall operational efficiency.
What do you need to be successful
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong organisational and communication skills to support our fleet invoicing function. You will be confident working with financial data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal procedures and customer SLAs. You will have:
- Previous experience in invoicing, finance administration, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and invoicing or finance system
Desirable:
- Experience within fleet, automotive, or leasing environments
- Understanding of account setup, credit checks, or financial controls
