What you will do:

  • We are seeking a proactive and organised Credit Controller to join our team.
  • The successful applicant will ensure that the Sales Ledger is correct and appropriately managed and will accurately prepare and process the twice monthly direct debit.
  • Alongside managing the direct debit, the role involves full end to end management of the debtor process including but not limited to chasing regular payment from non-direct debit customers, sending statements, account reconciliation, coding and posting invoices and liaising with customers by both telephone and email.
  • You will prepare regular debtor reports and provide commentary to the Financial Controller and Finance Director on a monthly basis.
