What you will do:
- Ensuring all vehicles are presented to customers in the prestige condition appropriate to our brand.
How you will do it:
- To ensure vehicles are cleaned using correct equipment and to a high standard.
- Ensuring high levels of attention to detail.
- To understand the safety procedures, manufacturers’ instructions and warnings for different cleaning chemicals.
- To inform line manager whenever supplies need replenishing.
- To maintain a safe working environment and professional image; ensuring the valeting bay and workspace is kept clean, tidy and safe.
- To work efficiently on your own and as part of a small team.
- Work with colleagues in Fleet Teams to ensure that priority vehicles are completed to deadlines.
- Support the fleet operation by ensuring that vehicles are fit for inspection and internal SLA’s in this respect are met.
- Observing safe working practices at all time, carrying out duties due care and in line with Company policies and procedures.
- Other ad hoc duties as required by the Company.
What do you need to be successful:
- Previous experience as a professional Valeter.
- An effective team worker, proud to be delivering extraordinary fleet solutions as part of a team.
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and consistently.
- Excellent customer service skills, polite and personable.
- Methodical and systematic in approach to work.
- Able to work outside throughout the year.
