What you will do:

  • We look for graduates who are incredibly hardworking with a positive “can do” attitude and graduates who will go the extra mile whilst at Global.
  • Graduates will have the opportunity to rotate around various departments within the business including Accounts, Fleet Finance, Fleet Administration and Account Management.

How you will do it:

  • Accounts: Supporting the Accounts department – account reconciliations and reporting, data entry and coding, statement reconciliation, production and reporting of Key Performance Indicators, supporting members of the team.
  • Contracts & Compliance: Ensuring all new and existing customers contractual terms and conditions are in place and that all requirements are being met – contract administration, new customer set‑up, invoice checks and reconciliations, various monthly financial tasks and reports.
  • Fleet Administration: Working with the vehicle purchasing and contract hire pricing team to provide administrative support and financial analysis. This includes processing new vehicle orders, pricing analysis, invoice checks and administrative support.
  • Account Management: Providing hands‑on administration support to the team, dealing with customer queries, updating and maintaining fleet reports for key accounts, providing in‑life fleet services for customers such as driver license checks, pool car management, P11D data, fuel cards, management of MID and rental bookings.

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Methodical and process driven
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Work well under pressure especially during peak periods
  • Good IT skills, including an understanding of Microsoft packages
  • Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload
