About Us
Global Ardour Recycling is a growing, family-run business with a strong commitment to sustainability, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
We specialise in the responsible processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, helping businesses recycle efficiently while contributing to a more sustainable future.
Our people are central to our success. We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive working environment where employees are valued, empowered and encouraged to develop professionally.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing HR team, based at our Tipton site in the West Midlands.
This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to support the full employee lifecycle across our business. Working closely with managers and operational leaders, you will provide practical, commercially focused HR advice, help resolve people challenges and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
A key part of this role will be developing the confidence and capability of our managers. We are looking for someone who enjoys coaching and developing others and is comfortable delivering engaging, classroom style training sessions on topics such as leadership capability, managing performance, employee relations, handling difficult conversations, absence management and effective people management.
You will combine strong technical HR knowledge with a practical, approachable style, helping managers become more confident and capable in their roles. You will also support the continued development of HR processes, employee engagement and people management practices as the business grows.
You do not need to hold a formal training qualification to be successful in this role. We are happy to invest in the right person and support them in completing a Train the Trainer or similar course where required. However, you must be confident presenting to groups, comfortable delivering training to different audiences and enthusiastic about helping others learn and develop.
This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys both the operational detail of generalist HR and the opportunity to make a real difference through management development and training.
