HGV Class 1 Bulker Driver in Preston

The role:We are looking for an experienced Class 1 Bulker Driver to join our Transport department based out of our site in Preston.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving and operating a Class 1 vehicle.
• Complete daily vehicle check sheets and defect reports as directed by the transport team.
• Use of tachographs, digital and analogue.
• Customer focussed with a professional approach to the job
• Adhere all relevant driving laws and regulations.
• Always provide good customer service (via telephone or face to face).
• Adhere all health and safety requirements as directed.
• Always maintain tidiness and cleanliness as directed.
• Undertaking nights out up to four nights per week, as required by the Company.
• Any other duties as directed by the transport team.

Requirements:

• Experience of driving and using a Class 1 Artic Bulker
• Knowledge of Driver's hours and working time directive's regulations.
• Smart and professional appearance.
• The ability to work both as part of the team and by yourself.
• Driver CPC
