Working alongside experienced advisers, you will support clients throughout the mortgage process while developing the technical knowledge and professional qualifications needed to progress into a fully qualified advisory role.
Key Responsibilities- Support experienced advisers in delivering mortgage and protection advice to clients
- Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with the end‑to‑end mortgage process, including research, fact‑finding, applications, and lender liaison
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Keep up to date with market developments, lender criteria, and regulatory changes
- Support the assessment and management of complex mortgage cases
- Develop knowledge across protection products including life cover, critical illness, and income protection
- Progress through structured training with the opportunity to move into wealth management and financial planning
- Fully CeMAP qualified or currently working towards a recognised mortgage qualification
- Background in banking, mortgages, financial services, or protection is advantageous
- At least 1 year’s experience in a client‑facing or target‑driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

- Comfortable using CRM systems and financial technology platforms
