We are partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit a Group Reporting Manager to join its Group Finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong finance professional to lead a high-performing team and play a key role in enhancing reporting, controls, and financial governance across a complex, evolving business.
Reporting to the Head of Group Reporting, you will oversee the Group consolidation and reporting process while driving continuous improvement, technical accounting excellence, and stronger financial insight across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Group consolidation process and delivery of monthly, half-year, and year-end reporting
- Prepare and review Group statutory accounts and subsidiary financial statements
- Drive improvements in financial reporting, controls, processes, and data visibility across the business
- Partner with FP&A teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities
- Develop and maintain Group accounting policies, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Manage relationships with external auditors and professional advisers
- Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of four finance professionals
- Ensure robust financial controls are implemented and operating effectively
- Support business transformation and finance improvement initiatives
About You:
- Strong experience within Group Reporting, Financial Reporting, or Technical Accounting roles
- Previous experience preparing financial statements within a listed or large corporate environment
- Strong understanding of financial controls and governance requirements
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change and influence outcomes
