Working alongside experienced advisers, you will support clients throughout the mortgage process while developing the technical knowledge and professional qualifications needed to progress into a fully qualified advisory role.
Key Responsibilities Support experienced advisers in delivering mortgage and protection advice to clients
Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders
Assist with the end‑to‑end mortgage process, including research, fact‑finding, applications, and lender liaison
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Keep up to date with market developments, lender criteria, and regulatory changes
Support the assessment and management of complex mortgage cases
Develop knowledge across protection products including life cover, critical illness, and income protection
Progress through structured training with the opportunity to move into wealth management and financial planning
About You Fully CeMAP qualified or currently working towards a recognised mortgage qualification
Background in banking, mortgages, financial services, or protection is advantageous
At least 1 year’s experience in a client‑facing or target‑driven environment
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and financial technology platforms
Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Passionate about building a long‑term career within financial advice
