Our client is going through a period of substantial change and needs an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to support and help guide them through this period. Specifically, you will be involved in a restructuring programme, which may impact a number of areas of the business. They are moving from design into execution.
You will need to be/have:
- Experienced HR professional who has been through restructuring and/or offshoring programmes - this is a prerequisite.
- Strong experience of managing consultation processes, preparing comprehensive documentation, and ensuring legally compliant and operationally robust people management throughout the execution period.
- Demonstrable ER expertise for complex cases including TUPE, redundancy, redeployment, at-risk management, and appeals processes.
The role is based in London on a hybrid basis 3 days/week. Β£500-550/day inside IR35. 6 months with an urgent start.
