An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded finance professional to join a fast-growing, international business in a high-impact Group Finance Business Partner role. This position sits within the Group Finance team and offers exceptional exposure to senior leadership, including direct interaction with the CFO. The role combines strategic business partnering, commercial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, alongside ownership of corporate head office reporting and support for a rapidly growing business division. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys operating in a highly commercial environment, influencing decision-making, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance and growth.
The Role
- Acting as a trusted finance business partner to senior stakeholders across head office and a growing commercial division
- Delivering insightful financial analysis, KPI reporting, and performance commentary to support strategic decision-making
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and cashflow processes
- Owning corporate spend reporting and month-end close activities
- Supporting commercial performance analysis and profitability forecasting
- Providing ad-hoc financial modelling and analysis for strategic initiatives
- Driving process improvements, automation, and enhanced financial controls
- Partnering across multiple business functions to improve financial visibility and performance
This role is heavily focused on business partnering and commercial insight, with only a small proportion dedicated to month-end close activities.
About You
- The successful candidate will likely be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Around 2+ years PQE within industry
- Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and challenging constructively
- Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
- Confident translating complex financial information into clear business insight
- Passionate about continuous improvement and automation
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to a group or multi-site environment
- Experience within a fast-paced, consumer-facing, or commercially driven business
