A private equityâbacked international services group is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the UK & EU accounting function. This is a handsâon role with responsibility for financial reporting, monthâend close, statutory accounts, audits and team leadership, working closely with Group Finance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of UK & EU accounting under UK GAAP
- Leading monthâend and quarterly close
- Reviewing statutory accounts and managing audits
- Balance sheet control and revenue recognition
- Cashflow optimisation and VAT support
- Managing and developing a regional finance team
- Supporting ERP (NetSuite) and accounting standards projects
About you:
- 5+ years' accounting experience (audit background preferred)
- Strong UK GAAP knowledge; IFRS exposure a plus
- Experience in multiâentity environments
- Confident communicator, comfortable in a fastâpaced business
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office).
