Our client is a high growth business undergoing a significant transformation across a range of verticals within the business. The transformation programme covers people, processes and systems, and will include the hands-on configuration of NetSuite.
You will collate and translate business requirements into NetSuite, working closely with the business teams, project managers and developers to ensure solutions are delivered accurately and efficiently. Although the project has a strong finance focus, you will support a range of workstreams and play a key role in shaping a scalable, “best practice” ERP solution.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide hands-on NetSuite configuration to meet finance and operational needs – this is not a programme manager role, you’ll need to be a functional expert.
- Lead functional designs and configuration requirements for integrations across the wider business.
- Collaborate with the finance team (and other stakeholders) and project managers to articulate functional processes and integration requirements.
- Work with developers to validate technical delivery and ensure smooth integration into NetSuite.
- Maintain data integrity and promote standardised processes across the ERP environment.
- Drive continuous improvement across NetSuite and business processes.
You will need to be/have:
- Strong Functional experience within NetSuite, including hands-on module design and configuration.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Confident stakeholder engagement across finance, technology, and project teams.
- Solid understanding of process standardisation, data integrity, and system best practices.
- Strong functional troubleshooting skills with the ability to advise on system behaviour and configuration options.
- Ideally a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) although non-accountants will be considered too as long as you can demonstrate a good understanding of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, etc.)
The role is a 6 month contract, with a day rate of ÂŁ600-650 outside IR35. The business operates a 3 day/week on site hybrid model. If this opportunity interests you and meet the requirements, please send your CV in application.
