Interim FP&A Manager

UK Head of Interim Services at Global Accounting NetworkGlobal Accounting Network is partnering exclusively with an international entertainment client who is looking for an interim FP&A Manager to join them for an initial 6‐month contract. As the FP&A Manager, this role will report into the Head of FP&A and will be responsible for clear reporting, analysis and communication of the performance of investments.

Main Responsibilities

Own the annual initiatives budgeting cycle & reforecasting process

Own and enhance the annual long‐range plan (LRP) initiatives process

Enhance the capex and initiative reporting processes, ensuring integration into core reporting, planning and budgeting processes

Prepare presentations for key external & internal stakeholders

Provide insight into the performance of investments

Review and challenge business cases for initiatives and investments, driving decisions and prioritisation through data

Drive processes improvements both for efficiency and agility

Additional ad‐hoc internal & external presentations and analyses as required

Ideal Candidate

Fully Qualified Accountant

MUST have experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis

Multi‐site, international business experience would be beneficial

Can effectively work within a group matrix structure

Proven experience in change management and implementation
