Global Accounting Network are partnering exclusively with an international, rapidly growing fintech business in need of an interim FP&A Director for an initial 6 month period. As the interim FP&A Director, this role will lead financial planning, performance management, and external communications with investors. This is a vital position in the business and will partner closely with the CFO & CEO.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FP&A team & own the forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
  • Create a best in class function suitable for scaling & future growth
  • Design and own the performance management framework
  • Manage investor reporting - quarterly reporting, board materials, and investor updates
  • Partner with C-Suite, provide investment analysis & growth initiatives
  • Ensure FP&A is suitable for the business needs and well partnered across non finance business units
  • Ad hoc FP&A tasks

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fully Qualified accountant with significant FP&A experience leading a function
  • Experience in a high-growth FS, fintech, or SAAS company
  • Prior experience managing investor relations and excellent communication skills
  • Strong background in financial modelling, cohort analysis, capital allocation, and cost management.
  • Proven ability to drive business transformation in Finance and create a best in class function
