Our client is a multi-billion organisation undergoing significant change, including cross function optimisation. As part of this change, they are kicking off a range of projects and need a Business Analyst to map the As Is processes across a range of functions.

Duties will include:

  • Conduct detailed as-is process mapping across the organization's functions
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements and insights
  • Deliver comprehensive process flows and documentation to drive process improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for efficiency gains
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to streamline and standardize processes
  • Communicate findings and proposed changes to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a track record of successful process improvement initiatives across transformational programmes (e.g. ERP and/or other technology projects, operating model changes, etc.)
  • Excellent understanding of process mapping and documentation techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges
  • Proficiency in the use of process mapping and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, LucidChart)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and flexible approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to identify and recommend effective solutions
  • Adaptable and agile, with the ability to navigate change and ambiguity
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • A degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline

The role is based in the office in London on a hybrid basis 3 days/week. Day rate and IR35 determination is pending but likely to be £450-500/day. Role is likely to be 3-6 months initially.
