Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit UK corporate tax computations and returns.
- Support local tax advisors with overseas corporate tax returns.
- Manage VAT returns in the UK and EU jurisdictions.
- Oversee SAO compliance and support tax risk management.
- Collaborate with finance to prepare tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements (IFRS).
- Manage cash tax payment calculations for all group entities.
- Prepare and maintain Transfer Pricing documentation and ensure compliance.
- Assist with CBCR and Pillar 2 returns.
