An opportunity has arisen for a newly created Group FP&A Manager role within a well-established, high-performing FP&A team at a global consumer-facing organisation. This role has been created to strengthen financial oversight and decision support across new investment opportunities, as well as existing investments and strategic initiatives globally.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping financial processes for this expanding area, while also contributing to core FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders, and is well suited to a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys building structure, driving insight, and supporting strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead elements of group budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis, variance commentary, and performance insights to senior stakeholders
- Support group reporting cycles and ensure consistency of financial outputs across regions
- Build and maintain financial models for new investment opportunities, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Track performance of existing investments and strategic initiatives against business cases
- Develop and maintain investment trackers, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making at group level
- Partner closely with strategy, commercial, and regional finance teams on investment evaluation
- ACA qualified accountant or equivalent, trained within a recognised audit scheme
- Post-qualification experience within an FP&A team in a commercial or group environment
- Strong financial modelling skills, particularly for investment appraisal and business cases
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Experience in a multi-site, consumer, leisure, retail, or hospitality business
- Exposure to international or multi-region operations
- Experience building new processes or frameworks within FP&A
