We are delighted to be supporting a fast-growing and highly ambitious business as they look to hire a Group Management Accountant into their London finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified ACA professional (2025 or 2026 qualified preferred) coming from a Big 4 or Top 10 audit background who is looking to make their first move into industry. The business is going through a significant period of growth, making this an incredibly broad and commercially exposed role with excellent progression opportunities.
The position will give exposure across group reporting, consolidations, management accounting, cashflow forecasting, budgeting, stakeholder partnering, and financial analysis, working closely with senior leadership in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of month-end processes for group entities
- Preparation of management accounts and financial commentary
- Consolidation reporting and intercompany reconciliations
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations and audit support
- Working closely with non-finance stakeholders across the business
- Supporting process improvement and reporting enhancements
Ideal profile:
- ACA qualified or newly qualified (2025/2026) Big 4 background preferred, although strong Top 10 candidates will also be considered
- Audit trained with strong technical accounting knowledge
- Strong communication skills and personality, with the confidence to partner with stakeholders
- Ambitious, proactive, and keen to grow within a fast-paced business
