We are delighted to support an established, values‑led organisation based in Central London in the search for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their collaborative finance team.

The Role

Working as part of the Working Capital team, you will share responsibility for the full Accounts Payable function, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the finance inbox and responding to internal and external queries
  • Processing supplier invoices and matching to purchase orders
  • Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Performing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving ledger balances
  • Reviewing and maintaining the Accounts Payable ledger
  • General finance administration, including filing and record keeping

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Reliable, dependable and a strong team player
  • Clear and confident communicator with colleagues and suppliers
  • High attention to detail with a thorough and methodical approach
  • Proactive, motivated and committed to continuous improvement
  • Comfortable enforcing processes and resolving complex issues
  • Aligned with strong company values and environmentally conscious practices
  • Experience using Oracle NetSuite
  • Multi‑entity and multi‑currency exposure
  • Intermediate or above Excel skills
