What You’ll Be Doing- Making outbound calls using an automated dialler (warm leads only)
- Helping customers set up utilities such as energy, broadband and TV
- Matching customers with the best packages for their new home
- Building rapport quickly and handling objections professionally
- Achieving daily and weekly sales targets with coaching and support
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Confident and clear communicator
