We’re looking for a motivated, organised and detail-focused Sales Team Administrator to support our growing sales team. This opportunity is for someone eager to develop their expertise and career in a dynamic office environment.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end client journey.
- Working closely with the rest of the Sales Administration team to complete tasks effectively.
- Confirming and processing new orders with the Sales and Projects teams.
- Raising and monitoring tickets for the sales team.
- Logging and tracking customer fault tickets, coordinating with the sales team and service desk.
- Quality‑checking documentation and CRM entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Managing reporting requirements, including deal and leasing progression.
- Overseeing departmental inboxes and allocating tasks appropriately.
- Handling incoming calls for the Sales department and directing them as needed.
- Scheduling internal meetings and managing team room bookings.
- Raising purchase orders and completing associated actions.
- Supporting the sales team with updates to quotations and reissuing paperwork post‑survey.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records.
- Supporting new client onboarding and ensuring smooth handover to Account Management.
- Carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider sales function.
- Any other duties as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Exceptional organisational and workload prioritisation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast‑paced environment.

- Confident numerical skills.
