Global 4 is seeking an experienced, target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our rapidly growing team in Horsham. The Role at a Glance:
- Base Salary: £40,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £100,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
- Car Allowance: £6,000 per annum
- Hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hunting: Scoping out and building your own pipeline from scratch via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings.
- Pitching: Presenting quotations for VoIP telephony and data circuitry.
- Cross-Selling: Capturing lucrative leads for our Mobile & Energy division (which also earns you commission!).
- Collaborating: Working closely with internal teams to follow up on warm leads presented to you.
- Networking: Attending exhibitions and seminars to uncover new business opportunities.

- Proven Sales Experience: A demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a proactive new business role.
