What will you be doing?

  • Proactively call through both existing customers and potential new customers to generate opportunities and produce quotations across our range of mobile solutions and services.
  • Build your own pipeline through setting up both video & face to face meetings, following these through to completion.
  • Liaise with Global 4 customers and provide details of our new mobile products to generate leads and sales.
  • Cross sell into other departments of the business.
  • Provide exceptional service to our new and existing customers.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts and records.
  • Manage product queries from our customers.
  • Provide consultative advice to customers on the solutions available to them.

Required skills & experience

  • Sales experience transacting with clients primarily by phone or face to face, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile device management platforms.
  • Must have a professional telephone manner and be comfortable communicating with all levels of the business including high-profile executives.
  • Experience of lead generation in a B2B sales environment.
  • Ability to solve detailed problems and use your own initiative.
  • Computer literate (several CRMs to work on).
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated.
