What will you be doing?
- Proactively contacting existing and prospective customers to generate opportunities for energy quotes.
- Accurately profiling prospects to support both current and future needs.
- Managing the progress of opportunities through our CRM system.
- Auditing customers' current energy bills and providing clear, insightful feedback to support renewal opportunities.
- Pricing SME and Corporate opportunities via Fidelity's portal and delivering timely, accurate quotations.
- Staying informed about energy market trends and macro-economic factors that could influence pricing.
- Providing consultative, solution-focused advice to customers and guiding them toward choosing Global 4.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous sales experience, primarily phone-based, speaking with customers in a B2B environment.
- Experience generating and developing leads.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and confident working independently.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Self-motivated with a professional communication style, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
