As we expand our Global Partner Model, we are seeking a dynamic Luxury Lifestyle & Property Director to work closely with the COO in building and scaling the business. This role is pivotal in ensuring the long-term success of Global 1 by establishing key relationships, driving recruitment, and overseeing the integration of top-tier partners into our elite network.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the COO in business expansion – Assisting in the setup of key structures, strategies, and operations to ensure smooth scalability.
Driving recruitment & talent acquisition – Sourcing and onboarding elite professionals in luxury real estate, concierge, finance, and high-end lifestyle services.
Establishing & managing B2B relationships – Connecting with developers, investors, and premium service providers to strengthen our network.
Strategic leadership & growth – Taking ownership of partner performance, motivation, and success, ensuring high standards in service delivery.
Luxury client experience & business development – Maintaining world-class service for UHNWIs across real estate, travel, security, private aviation, and bespoke acquisitions.
Performance management & revenue growth – Supporting partners in maximising earnings and achieving financial success within our model.
