Gloagburn is a well established family owned restaurant and farm shop on the outskirts of Perth, PH1 1QL. Our 130 cover restaurant is open 8.30am to 5.30pm serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea with the emphasis on good quality, seasonal, Scottish produce and an excellent standard of customer service. In addition, we hold steak nights on the last Friday in the month October through March. Our busy and recently expanded Farm shop includes all the local produce you would expect as well as ingredients from around the world, our own bakery and in house butchery.
We have a vacancy for an experienced Chef to complete our well established brigade. Working alongside the team and supporting our Head Chef and Sous Chef in the production of a range of dishes for service and retail, you will be cooking from scratch on a daily basis for up to 500 covers. Menus include tried and tested family recipes and authentic farmhouse dishes focusing on seasonal produce. This is a great opportunity for a chef with experience in a high volume fast paced environment looking for a new challenge.

This position is full time, working five days from seven 07:30am - 4:30pm. The hourly rate is £14.50 per hour. Due to our rural location, your own transport is essential.
