We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our passionate and growing team.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple high-end residential AV and smart home projects from handover through to completion. Working closely with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors and our engineering team, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the exceptional standards our clients expect.
About the role:
- Manage multiple residential AV and home automation projects simultaneously.
- Produce and maintain project programmes and schedules ensuring records are kept up to date within the bespoke project management software.
- Manage project budgets, cost reporting and profitability.
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Attend site meetings with clients, architects, builders and interior designers.
- Review technical drawings and ensure installations comply with designs.
- Manage procurement and equipment deliveries.
- Identify and manage project risks.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards before handover.
- Manage commissioning and client demonstrations.
- Produce project documentation including handover packs.
- Resolve client issues professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all projects comply with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience delivery of concurrent projects on time and on budget in excess of £100k.
- Comprehensive understanding of project deliverables.
- Strong commercial awareness including budgeting, forecasting and change management.
- Experience of: Crestron, Savant, Control4, Lutron, KNX, home networks, Wi-Fi, lighting control, multi-room audio.
- Ability to interpret wire schematics and electrical drawings.
- Client facing skills are essential: personable, customer facing, smart appearance.
- Display a high level of working standards and attention to detail and attain the same from the engineering team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for the industry and understanding of the exceptionally high working standards required.
- A full driving licence is essential.
