We are excited to be recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Buckingham. This role is temp to perm so after 12 weeks you will be taken on as a permanent member of staff!

As a Production Operative your role will include:

  • Working with hand tools such as nail guns
  • Working with heavy tools

The hours of work for the Production Operative role will be:

  • Monday to Thursday 0730 - 17:00
  • Friday 07:30-11:30

Overtime over 40 hours are paid at £15.83. All Saturday hours are paid at £18.31. Attendance bonus also paid after 12 weeks.

To be a successful Production Operative, you will:

  • Have experience in manufacturing
  • Be confident working with tools
  • Be fit and healthy
  • Be able to work on your feet all day
  • Speak and understand English
