We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver with a knack for tech and a passion for innovation. In this hybrid pre-sales and post-sales role, you’ll support customer-facing initiatives; configuring and deploying edge solutions, contributing to successful rollouts, and helping teams unlock value fast. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients during early-stage projects, and take the lead on implementations, support, and ongoing solution expansion.
What You'll Tackle:
- Guide technical setups and tailor solutions for customer pilots and deployments
- Serve as a go-to expert for field implementation and product integration
- Provide second line support and refine reusable best practices
