A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join a well-established, forward-thinking technical team operating within a highly specialised and secure sector. This is a pivotal role offering the chance to lead meaningful engineering projects that contribute to essential communications and global safety, including work that reaches beyond the Earth’s atmosphere.\\n\\nWorking closely with another experienced manager, you’ll co-lead a capable engineering function, supporting a range of talented individuals while maintaining and evolving systems, standards, and project delivery processes. Your remit will span the full project lifecycle from planning and managing work packages to owning detailed delivery schedules.\\n\\nYou’ll also act as a key liaison, engaging confidently with internal teams and external partners, chairing technical reviews, and ensuring transparency through reporting and data analysis.

The position also forms part of the site’s leadership structure, offering an influential voice across the wider business.\\n\\nWhat you’ll bring:\\n\\nA relevant HND in Engineering, paired with formal training or qualifications in project management.\\n\\nSolid multi-disciplinary engineering experience.\\n\\nA track record of running several complex projects concurrently, with a focus on delivery and quality.\\n\\nStrong leadership capabilities, with experience of managing direct reports and developing high-performing teams.\\n\\nComfort operating within regulated environments, meeting both customer and compliance expectations.\\n\\nExcellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations and resolve technical issues effectively.\\n\\nYou’re someone who is structured, detail-conscious, and results-oriented, always looking for ways to enhance both project outcomes and team capability.\\n\\nImportant to note: Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be UK or NATO nationals with existing eligibility to work in the UK
