A well established engineering business working at the forefront of RF, microwave, and embedded technologies is looking for a Senior Digital Engineer to join its growing team. This is a hands on role focused on developing digital and FPGA-based solutions for high-performance systems used in sectors such as aerospace, defence, and communications.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading hardware and firmware development across the full lifecycle - from concept and design to testing and production.
- Designing digital control modules and embedded systems architecture.
- Coding, simulation, and verification using industry-standard tools and equipment.
- Supporting production test processes and improving existing systems for performance and reliability.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in digital hardware design, schematic development, and testing.
- Strong understanding of microcontrollers, sensor interfaces, and power supply design.
