Purpose of Post:
- Maximising Grŵp Cynefin's rental income and service charge
- To act as the main contact for the Association for tenants (prospective, current and former) for rent and service charge matters.
- Work effectively as part of the housing team to provide an effective and efficient housing management service to tenants and other clients, in accordance with the Association's Customer Care policies, procedures and standards.
- Develop effective participation opportunities for tenants.
