Responsibilities
- First point of call for customers
- Answer incoming calls to the centre
- Deal with transactions, including setting up direct debits and cash handling
- Handle membership enquiries, including selling memberships to customers
- Deliver first-class customer service and answer customer queries
- Set up equipment
- Provide key support to the team, preparing studios, gyms, sports halls and maintaining the centre’s cleanliness and upkeep
