Overview
As an experienced gymnastics coach, you are qualified to level1,2 or3.
You will plan and lead your own courses and lessons, influencing the success and growth of the participants.
You will keep lessons enjoyable, think on your feet, use the facilities creatively, and ensure constant observation and safety of pupils.
Location
Botwell Green Sports and Leisure Centre, Hayes Town.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and clean the gymnastics area.
- Set up equipment.
- Deliver first‑class customer service and deal with customer queries.
- Teach high‑quality gymnastics at a variety of levels.
- Deliver lessons that are safe, fun and progressive.
- Provide safe coaching and supporting skills.
- Complete registers and assessments of participants using GLL i Pads.
- Assist with equipment set‑ups, warm‑ups and cool‑downs.
- Assist with the assessment process (award scheme and skills matrix).
- Provide parental feedback where required.
- Level1 coaches aged 18+ may be responsible for the overall delivery of lessons and courses.
Qualifications
- Qualified Level1,2 or3 gymnastics coach.
- Training available for those wishing to advance.
- Knowledge of health and safety.

This is a flexible position.
Hours will be negotiated in line with service needs and may include flexible working.
