GLL is looking for a Female Lifeguard to work at Morden Leisure Centre. If you have the skills and ambition to join us as a Lifeguard, there's never been a more exciting time to join us. As a Lifeguard, your passion for swimming and love of great customer service will shine through when supervising our customers in the pool, as well as supporting the team in keeping our centres clean and tidy. Due to the demographic of the area and specific Female only swimming sessions, Morden Leisure Centre needs another Female full time (39 hours), contracted member of staff.

  • 39 hours pro rata per week, contracted, full time role
  • £30,096.94 per annum salary
  • 241.8 hours Annual Leave per year, pro rata
  • Paid National Pool Lifeguard course potentially offered to candidate who successfully passes swim test before interview. Training agreement will apply.

What you'll do:

  • You will experience regular pool rotations
  • Supervising and cleaning the pool area
  • Setting up equipment
  • Deliver first-class customer service
  • Deal with customer queries
  • When not poolside you will be a key support to your team on a daily basis from preparing Studios, Gyms or Sports Halls for various activities to the general cleaning and upkeep of the centre.
