GLL is looking for Trampoline Park Supervisors to work at Sutton Sports Village. If you are enthusiastic, ambitious and want to make a difference this job role could be for you. Sutton Sports Village offers a trampoline park which includes trampoline beds, a jump tower, slide, a strike arena and inflatable, as well as a soft play so we’re looking for Supervisors with a passion for these activities to work in this truly exciting environment.
Working closely with the Duty Managers, you’ll ensure that the park runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis by overseeing the operational processes such as reception, stock control, health and safety of our customers. Ensuring that the parks have the correct ratios, also ensuring our birthday parties have the best experience possible and supervising up to 20 staff per shift. You will need to be able to relate to our customers and your energy and enthusiasm will ensure they have the most enjoyable time possible as well as staying safe.
You'll be working with a team of like-minded people and encouraged to develop your ideas to help more people become active in non-traditional sports. You'll be motivated and ambitious - always looking for the next challenge. You'll ideally have some customer-facing and supervisory experience, but being an excellent communicator and driven in your work will also stand you in good stead. You will need good IT skills and adhere to stringent health and safety requirements. As well as demonstrating your knowledge of extreme sports, you'll show a commitment to learn and develop within the team and in return, we'll help you to develop your career with us.
