West Reservoir Centre is a purpose-built outdoor centre. We provide an exciting range of activities which include dinghy sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and kayaking, powerboating, and open water swim activities. We are looking for you to join our team, where you\'ll enjoy making a difference to every person who walks through our centre.

What you’ll do:

* Deliver a well-structured Watersports programme focusing on progression and development.

* Provide high-quality coaching sessions.

* Improve the level of coaching and increase the numbers on the programme.

* Be aware of pupils\' status, nature, and needs.

* Maintain a positive image of the Centre by providing a welcoming, helpful, and professional service.

* Set up equipment.

* Deal with customer queries.

* Support with Open Water Events.

What you need:

* A real focus on customer service.

* Passion and personality.

* Knowledge of health and safety.

* Be a great team player.

* Hold qualifications in any of these areas: RYA Dinghy Instructor, Windsurfing Instructor, Powerboat Instructor.

* A First Aid qualification (possible in house validation ).

* Experience of working/coaching in a community setting.

* This is a part time Flexible position. Hours of work will be negotiated with you in line with the needs of the service; flexible working may be possible. Working from home is not possible in this role.
