As a Catering Assistant, you’ll support the café and the team to achieve its full potential. We’re looking for a Catering Assistant who is hardworking, has excellent customer service skills, and good multi-tasking abilities.
What you’ll do:
- Be a friendly and welcoming face to visitors and customers at the facility.
- Undertake the preparation, serving, and delivery of food and drinks.
- Participate in the production and service standards of the café, ensuring high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with food safety laws and maintain them.
- Comply with GLL and Hub policies.
- Actively contribute to the development of café service.
- Undertake card payments.
- Attend meetings/training and be part of the facility team.
- Work as part of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
- Provide excellent customer care and have good multi-tasking skills.
- Follow all Normal & Emergency Operating Procedures as well as adhering to relevant product manuals.
- Fully participate in and engage in training through centre-based training and ongoing assessment of performance.
