GLL is looking for two dedicated Partnership Marketing Activators based at Middlegate House, Woolwich, South East London who are looking to develop their marketing career further as part of a not-for-profit, charitable social enterprise.
As an industry leader, this is an exciting time to join GLL, you’ll play a key role in our Partnerships Marketing function within the National Marketing Department. Our Partnerships Marketing function is an integral part of the business, working in partnership with our local authorities, partners and internal key stakeholders to plan and execute B2C marketing activities to drive partner and business objectives, collaborating to influence and drive connected brand awareness and partnership marketing activity, based on audience insights and financial performance. This is a hands-on role, with the opportunity to work autonomously and as part of the wider team. As a Partnership Marketing Activator you will play a fundamental role in co-ordinating, implementing and optimising multi-channel content to enhance engagement with key audiences. Reporting to the National Marketing Programme Manager – Partnerships & Local Marketing, this role is essential in ensuring that all content, messaging and collateral represent the brand in the most effective way at a partnership level.

What you’ll do:
- Co-ordinate, deliver and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance engagement with key audiences, in line with key partnership priorities.
- Create and develop marketing messaging across print and digital collateral aligning to on-brand messaging and representing the Council partnerships in the most effective way.
- Update and maintain customer journey touchpoints including partnership and centre website pages, social media, Google Business Profiles and other communication channels as required by the wider campaigns.
- Analyse the impact and effectiveness of marketing activity to help inform future content and engagement.
- Find and deliver solutions for centre-based bespoke marketing problems, creating relevant assets to allow centres to connect effectively with local communities.
- Approval of social media content.
- Deliver training on marketing processes and activities to the rest of the business

What you need:
Marketing Degree
Previous experience within a multi-site marketing function (leisure or retail experience would be preferred)
The ability to interpret requirements from various stakeholders, turning their requests into actionable marketing activity.
Extremely effective organiser / multitasker; able to adapt and juggle varying projects at the one time.
Strong people and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Good organisation and planning skills
