As a Baby Pre-School Swimming Teacher, your primary role will be to deliver excellent quality Baby Pre-School swimming lessons in line with our product SWIMBiES. Baby Pre-School Swimming Teachers deliver in the water for lessons, following the plans of the programme. Singing is a large part of the role, and you will need to be confident to sing in public.

You will be the face of our baby lesson programme at centres, which means you will be expected to communicate effectively with all customers, as well as being welcoming and creating a safe, fun, and loving teaching environment.

What qualifications do I need to hold?

  • Baby Pre-School Swimming Teachers must hold one of the following qualifications:
  • STA Level 2 Award in Baby Pre-School Swimming
  • Swim England Level 2 Teaching Pre-School Swimming
  • STA Level 3 Diploma in Baby Pre-School Swimming Teacher

If the above qualification is not held but you hold a STA Level 2 Award or certificate qualification and you have a passion for delivering Baby Pre-School swimming lessons, we encourage you to apply.
