GLL is looking for an experienced, customer service-oriented Administration Assistant to support our Employee Services Team based in Woolwich, Southeast London. As Administration Assistant you will be supporting our Employee Services Team and you will be part of our Head Office support services as well as being within the People (HR) function, which manages a range of important staff services such as payroll, benefits and pensions.
What you’ll do:
- General Administration tasks from photocopying to filing
- Answering telephones and dealing with email enquiries from staff across the business
- Updating databases
- Dealing with 3rd party Correspondence requests
- Creating new staff records
- Learning opportunities to understand payroll, benefits and pensions
