GLL is looking for Baby Pre-School Swimming Teachers based at Sleaford Leisure Centre Better Gym Sleaford (flexible cover teacher). As a Baby Pre-School Swimming Teacher your primary role will be to deliver excellent quality Baby Pre School swimming lessons in line with our product SWIMBiES. Baby Pre-School Swimming Teachers deliver in the water for lessons, following the plans of the programme. Singing is a large part of the role, you will need to be confident to sing in public.
You will be the face of our baby lesson programme at centres which means you will be expected to be able to communicate effectively to all customers, as well as being welcoming, creating a safe, fun and loving teaching environment.
What qualifications do I need to hold?
- Baby Pre School Swimming Teachers must hold one of the following qualifications:
- STA Level 2 Award in Baby Pre School Swimming Teacher
- Swim England Level 2 Teaching Pre-School Swimming
- STA Level 3 Diploma in Baby Pre School Swimming Teacher
