Join our vibrantGraphic Art & Print team, Greenwich Leisure Limited’s in-house service providing the design needs of the UK’s largest leisure operator. As ourGraphic Art & Print Assistant you’ll be the foundation of our team, ensuring smooth operations by processing incoming design briefs and print orders through Asana, our project management platform. If you’re highly organised, love working in a creative environment, and thrive under pressure, this is the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Be thefirst point of contactfor the team - logging design requests within Asana and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Processprint orders, track deliveries, and handle admin tasks like purchase orders.
  • Keep things running smoothly - manageoffice supplies, promotional stock, and resolve shortages.
  • Assist withdigital image cataloguingand file organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure office equipment is well-maintained and operational.

  • Strongorganisational and administrative skills - you’re a pro at multitasking!
  • Excellentcommunicationand stakeholder management.
  • Experience inoffice admin, print coordination, or similar roles.

  • This is a Full time / part time / permanent / Flexible position. Hours of work will be negotiated with you in line with the needs of the service; flexible working may be possible. Working from home is not possible in this role.
