GLL is looking for a Centre Swim School Lead to work at Wimbledon Leisure Centre & Spa. The Centre Swim School Lead is the link between our customers, swimming teachers and the leisure centre team. You will be responsible for a centre swim school programme, including school swimming and all other swim school course products. The role is for 5 hours per week (pro-rata). This key role provides administrative and technical support to the centre teams to ensure the smooth running of the lessons and high-quality, consistent level of customer service. Your role will bring organisation and structure to the swim schools as you lead and inspire your swimming teachers and support in growing the income and number of pupils learning to swim. This role offers a real opportunity to affect positive change.
You will be an experienced swimming teacher looking for the next stage in your career and be full of ideas of how to make things better. We will offer in-house training to support you with your role as well as development opportunities such as 'train the trainer' and the STA Tutor training programme.
Requirements:- Be a fully qualified swimming teacher; if you have worked with CoursePro, it would be beneficial but not essential.
